Welcome to RISE Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, where passion meets purpose in the heart of Smethport, PA! We are Chenae and Racheal, the dynamic duo behind the region's first cash-based PT clinic and wellness haven.

Our journey began in San Antonio, Texas, where we first crossed paths while running a thriving insurance-based PT clinic. After moving north, we recognized a crucial gap in care for physical therapy and wellness in Smethport, inspiring us to embark on a new adventure. So, we created RISE.

Moving to Smethport held a special significance for us, as it became not just a professional endeavor but a personal one. Chenae's connection to the area deepened after her grandparents passed away, prompting the move. Now, nestled in the beauty of the countryside, we find joy in raising our small farm, complete with chickens, ducks, geese, and two adorable cows.

Racheal, with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and insurance, brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice. Beyond her dedication to improving lives through physical therapy, she finds fulfillment in spending time with her loyal companion, Sandy, writing children's books, and caring for our fun flock of farm animals.

Chenae's journey into physical therapy began at the US Army-Baylor University Doctoral PT Program in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Her career has been marked by a commitment to diverse patient populations, from veterans to children and adults ranging up to 102 years old. Outside the clinic, Chenae revels in the simple joys of hiking, delving into a good book, and cherishing moments with her three children – Atlas, Esmé, and Isabella.
